Product Description

Corner Pasting Tape is made of imported kraft paper, PET (polyester) and other substrates coated with polyolefin hot melt adhesive. It is mainly suitable for single angle and full automatic high-speed four-angle sticking equipment to make carton four-corner sticking and shaping. It has the characteristics of strong stickiness, easy cutting, simple operation, beautiful appearance, regular, not easy to be shelled or deformed due to dampness and heat.

This is uniformly sprayed on the PET substrate in a dustless environment with high temperature hot melt adhesive. The thickness of the PET substrate is 50um and the thickness of the hot melt adhesive is 20um. The total thickness of the tape is 70um. The width of the tape is usually 19MM, but it can also cut other width tapes according to customer's requirements. The total length is about 300m. Mainly used in all kinds of carton filler machine or automatic four-corner filler machine to stick the four corners of the box. After filler filler, the carton is stable, reliable and safe. Mainly used for high quality gift boxes

Usage method

Control the temperature between 110 centidegree to 135 centidegree. Used on automatic/semi Auto Box making machine, box corner pasting machine,box four corner pasting machine, automatic box wrapper, automatic rigid box making machine and so on.
