This glue item primarily utilizes gelatin as its main raw material. Primarily employed in the mechanized production of hardcover cases within the paper packaging industry, industrial fast-drying, high-speed hot melt adhesives exhibit exceptional fluidity and robust viscosity. To create high-quality hardcover cases, we must first perform die-cutting on the cover paper and greyboard. Subsequently, our GC545 Hot Jelly Glue is introduced into the glue tank of the Fully Automatic Case Maker Machine, where it is heated to a temperature of 75°C. After heating, the cover paper is glued first, followed by positioning the greyboard onto the cover paper. The greyboard is then wrapped and folded inward, ultimately resulting in a well-crafted hardcover case.

Usage method

Pour the glue into the glue tank, and also add 5% to 10% of hot water. Set the water temperature in the glue tank of the machine to between 70°C and 80°C. Once the glue has fully melted, ensure that the stirred mixture achieves a consistent state and fluidity akin to water, while maintaining the appropriate viscosity required for production. Afterward, the production of the hardcover case can commence.
