Product Description
Box Corner Pasting Tape is crafted from premium imported kraft paper and PET (polyester), along with other substrates, which are coated with a robust polyolefin hot melt adhesive. It is ideally suited for use in both single-angle and fully automatic high-speed four-corner sticking machinery, facilitating the seamless creation and shaping of carton corners. This tape boasts exceptional adhesive strength, effortless cutting capabilities, user-friendly operation, an aesthetic appearance, and consistency. Furthermore, it exhibits remarkable resistance to moisture and heat, preventing peeling or deformation.
This Box Corner Pasting Tape is uniformly sprayed on the PET substrate in a dustless environment with high temperature hot melt adhesive. The thickness of the PET substrate is 50um and the thickness of the hot melt adhesive is 20um. The total thickness of the tape is 70um. The width of the tape is usually 19MM, but it can also cut other width tapes according to customer's requirements. The total length is about 300m. Mainly used in all kinds of carton filler machine or automatic four-corner filler machine to stick the four corners of the box. After filler filler, the carton is stable, reliable and safe. Mainly used for high quality gift boxes.

It is compatible with a range of machines, including those manufactured by Zhongke, Hongming, Zhengrun, Fuzhong (Japan), EMMECI (Italy), and Wellmark, specifically the Automatic Four Corner Pasting Machine, as well as both automatic and manual Box Corner Pasting Machines. By utilizing this tape, production efficiency is enhanced, yielding boxes of superior quality.
