This item glue is based on gelatin as the main raw material, industrial fast-drying high-speed hot melt adhesives are mainly used in the mechanized production of hardbook shells in paper packaging industry. It has very good fluidity and strong viscosity, When we making good quality hardcover have to dic cutting the cover paper and grey board ,and use our GC545 Hot Jelly Glue put into the glue tank of Fully Automatic Case Maker Machine to heating it with temperature 75℃,after can be gluing the cover paper first and position the grey board on the cover paper, wrapping and folding into inside,then have good quality hardbook case.

this item glue normal use for Fully Automatic Case Maker Machine to make different hardbook case & hardcover book bindin,ect.

Usage method

Put the glue into the glue tank ,add 5% -10% hot water also, setup the water temperature of glue tank of machine between 70 centidegree to 80 centidegree. After waiting the glue complete melting, the stirred rubber is in the same state and fluidity as water, while guaranteeing that its viscosity is suitable for the viscosity required for production. Then it can be produce the hardbook case.
