Product Introduction

Hot melt adhesive tape is made of kraft paper (yellow, white), extensible paper, imported paper, etc. as the base material, coated with thermoplastic adhesive, cooled, sliced and rolled.

This product is mainly used in packaging paper bags, paper-plastic composite bags, top and bottom sealing and box sealing industries. The tape specifications can be divided into 10-120 mm wide, 120-600 m long and 20-60 g/m2 glue coated according to user's needs.

Material of Hot Melt Adhesive Paper Belt: Thermosol

1) Fast bonding: fast solidification time, shorten process, suitable for assembly line operation, high labor productivity.

2) 100% solid, solvent-free, non-toxic, non-polluting, convenient transportation and storage in line with environmental requirements.

3) Thermal plasticity means that the hot melt adhesive can be melted repeatedly and cured at low temperature. This process is reversible and the chemical and physical properties of the hot melt adhesive will not change accordingly.

It is non-sticky at room temperature and produces good thermal bonding force when heated at high temperature.
