Product Description

Semiautomatic Case Maker uses automatic feeding paper to gluing, manual positioning, automatic folding of four sides of the assembly line, simple, practical and fast.

The machine hardcover book case, notebook, cover, calendar, desk calendar, folder leather shell production.

Automatic folding machine is positioned well issue paper and cardboard, through the pre-pressure, pack both sides of edge, pressure angle, packed edges of front and back, the whole of process become to be synchronous, make it can fold four sides automatically. Not only high precision, high speed, and fold the angles beautiful, fold the sides perfectly. This machine is the preferred equipment for printing and packaging industry, mass production.

This Machine Use for making different hard book cover ,it can be automatic feeding the paper to gluing but manual position the grey board , and automatic folding the four side of hard case with pressing the edges well .the folding edges is around 10-25mm rate ,the grey board best use grooving line ,but cutting grey board can be folding also, after have a very nice quality hard bookcase .

The unique cam transmission mechanism of the four-bread skin edger controls the foot pressing and the edge working procedure, which makes the machine stable and reliable, improves the production efficiency, reduces the friction of the product and makes the appearance of the product more smooth and beautiful. The positioned face paper and cardboard are pre-pressed, wrapped on both sides, angle pressing, front and back of wrapped, and the whole process is equal to realize four bread edges automatically.
