Introduction of MG Automatic Dry Mix Plant:
Dry mortar is also called pre-mixed mortar, which made in the factory by precise batching and uniform mixing. It can be used directly just by adding water in construction site. It has different properties though adding different additives. The demand for dry mortar has increased rapidly due to its outstanding merit compare to the mortar production in job-site.
The tower type dry-mix plant is arranged from top to bottom according to the production process, the production process is smooth, the product variety is large, and the cross-contamination of raw materials is small. It is suitable for the production of ordinary mortar and various special mortars. In addition, the entire production line covers a small area, has a outward appearance, and has relatively low energy consumption. However, compared to other process structures, the initial investment is relatively large.
Working Princple of MG Automatic Dry Mix Plant:
1. Different kinds of raw material will be filled in silos by bucket elevator or pump truck
2. According to the product proporation recorded on PLC, different kinds of raw material will be conveyed and from the raw material silo to the automatic weighing scale by screw conveyor one by one.
3. the batched raw material will be lifted into the premix hopper by bucket elevator
4. the premix material will get into the twin shaft paddle mixer and be mixed uniformly.
5. After 3-5min mixing, the mixed material will be discharged to the End product silos for packing prepare
6. Automatic packing, the packed bag will be conveyed to next process by the belt conveyor.
