1. Working Process of MG Simple Dry Mortar Plant
The Simple dry mortar plant is a highly efficient and cost-effective solution for the production of high-quality dry mortar. This system is designed to ensure a consistent and uniform mixture of dry ingredients, providing an ideal foundation for various construction applications. This simple dry mortar plant realizes the automation of manual feeding, mixing, packaging and palletizing processes, improving production efficiency and product quality.
(1). Manual Feeding
· Raw materials are manually weighed and added into the feeding hopper of 1st screw conveyor according to the product formula.
· Workers ensure the accuracy of the quantity and quality of each ingredient.
(2). Mixing
· The mixing machine starts to operate, stirring the raw materials evenly at a certain speed.
· The mixing time is set according to the characteristics of the powder and the required mixing uniformity.
· During the mixing process, the equipment may vibrate slightly to ensure thorough mixing.
(3). Packaging
· After the mixing is completed, the mixed powder is conveyed to the packaging machine.
· The packaging machine automatically measures and fills the powder into pre-prepared packaging bags or containers.
· Sealing and labeling processes are carried out subsequently to ensure the integrity and traceability of the products.
(4). Palletizing
· The packaged products are placed on the palletizing conveyor belt.
· The palletizing robot or machine arranges the products neatly and stacks them layer by layer according to the set parameters.
· Finally, the palletized products are fixed with straps or film to ensure stability during transportation and storage.

4. Product Details of MG Simple Dry Mortar Plant
1). Ribbon Mixer Machine.
The screw ribbon mixer is the most high economy and cost-effective dry mortar mixer,the outer and inner screw ribbon blade driven by high speed rotating shaft, mixing the material in maximum, inner screw ribbon blade forced the material to sides ,outer screw ribbon blade forced sides material to inward, mix the materials back and forth. so to achieve uniform mixing effect in relatively short time.this is its working principle,the mixing time is about 10-15min/batch.
2). Screw conveyor.
The screw conveyor is Φ165X3500mm, the mixer mortar is transferred from mixer to finish product hopper.
