The MGDM-3.1 semi automatic dry mix powder mortar manufacturing plant is an energy-saving dry mortar mixing production line designed for efficient automation in material collection, feeding, mixing, and packing. Working Principle
Our semi-automatic dry mix powder mortar plant includes a bucket elevator, twin shaft paddle mixer, finished product hopper, valve type packing machine, steel frame, air compressor, and electric control cabinet.
Operation process: Raw materials are transported into the twin shaft paddle mixer via bucket elevator, mixed uniformly, then transferred to the automatic packing machine which packs 15-50 kg bags at 4-6 seconds per bag.
