Product Overview
This plant adopts advanced Germany technology with a tower-type silo and the latest management system applied in automatic control, significantly improving user-friendly operation and automation. The capacity of this automatic dry mortar production line ranges from 10-30 tons per hour. Applications
The final products include various types of dry mortar such as wall putty, skim coat, plaster mortar, gypsum mortar, ceramic tile adhesive, tile glue, tile grout, and tile joint compounds.
Working Principle
The manufacturing process begins with raw materials being transported into silos via bucket elevator or pump truck. Materials are then conveyed from silos to automatic weighing scales according to formula ratios using screw conveyors. Premixed materials are lifted into the premix hopper by bucket elevator, then transferred to the twin shaft paddle mixer for uniform mixing. Finally, the mixed material is packaged automatically and conveyed to the next process via belt conveyor.
