Description of MG automatic dry mix plant:

The tower type Dry-Mix Mortar Plant equipment developed by MG was arranged top-and-down in line with production process. The energy consumption is relatively low and cover small space. Small cross-contamination for raw materials, grand appearance, suit to produce the ordinary and special mortar. The dry mix mortar mixing plant control system developed by MG, which uses the Siemens PLC and Advantech industry computer, high-speed and high-precision weighing units and international famous low-voltage electrical components.

The Configuration of Dry Mix Plant:
1. Cementing material: cement, lime, plaster.

2. Aggregate: yellow sand, quartz sand, limestone, dolomite, expanded perlite etc.

3. Mineral admixture: industrial byproduct, industrial slag, fly ash, pozzolana, fine silica powder etc.

4. Water-retention and thickening material.
