Description of Sand dryer machine:

Sand dryer equipment is a kind of three-cylinder dryer, especially suitable for drying granular materials. It is often used to dry water slag, sand, river sand, quartz sand, yellow sand, silica sand, pomegranate sand and other materials. The equipment has the advantages of large production capacity, wide application range, small flow resistance, allowable operation fluctuation range, and easy operation.

Working Principle:

The sand dryer gets through the bunker to feeding machine, then the slag is sent to the hot blast stove by a belt conveyor, and through the quicksand pipe into the inner cylinder of the dryer. The slag is pushed forward by raising plate from inner cylinder to the middle cylinder to the outside cylinder. This process of "two in, one out" is completed in the dryer, which can form a heat preservation system.

In order to reduce air pollution, we are equipped with a cyclone dust collector and water dust removal. At the same time, the dry slag enter the vibrating screen for screening,and then send finished product slag to the finished product warehouse by a belt conveyor.
