l Chassis designed and manufactured by FAW group company, used low-roof cab with nice appearance and wide vision.l Cab optional air condition, driver’s seat can be moved front and back, back and lift height of the seat can be adjusted, the cab also can take 2 passengers.l Instrument board configuration: Speedometer, water temperature, fuel gauge, engine speed recorder,alarm indicator, gear position indicator light,turning indicator light.l Rear axle equipped with four hydraulic cylinder for supporting wheel, supporting the chassis frame when working, to increase stability and safety for the vehicle.l The control panel equipped with button or switch for hydraulic pump control, transfer case(retarder motor) control, walking control.
Main boom mechanism:
l Main boom mechanism is the retractable structure, is consists of lifting hydraulic cylinders, telescopic hydraulic cylinders, inner sleeve, outer sleeve and other components.l Lifting hydraulic cylinder equipped with hydraulic lock, to ensure that when the hydraulic pipe happen burst accident the main boom and other mechanism do not fall.l Telescopic hydraulic cylinder equipped with balance valves, can be guaranteed to reduce the stretching when the main boom retract or extend, automatic lock in case of accidents.l Inner sleeve and outer sleeve are welded by high-strength steel plate, high strength safety factor to ensure the safety of the main boom lifting.
Second boom mechanism:
l Second boom welded together by high-strength steel plate and wire.l Using telescopic structure, nice appearance and light weight, meanwhile has sufficient strength and rigidity.l Using single cylinder to control the telescopic, retractable stroke is 2400mm.l It provide support for third boom mechanism.l It provide the luffing control for third boom through two hydraulic cylinders.
Third boom mechanism:
l It using three telescopic boom structure, is consists of outer sleeve, middle sleeve and inner sleeve.l It is made of high-strength steel materials and advanced welding process, light weight.l The middle sleeve and inner sleeve using wire rope traction to control, easy and flexible operation.l Equipped the wearable pieces to prevent the sleeve.l One telescopic cylinder to drive the third boom extend and retract.l Equipped the telescopic mechanical limit to ensure the control of security.
First rotating mechanism:
l The first rotating mechanism to provide support for whole boom, is mainly composed of slewing reducer, slewing bearing, large turntable, pin and other components.l Slewing reducer equipped with rotary cushion valve to ensure the safety at work; When happen the hydraulic pipe burst accident that the rotating mechanism is automatically locked.l Large turntable welded by high strength steel plate, high strength safety factor to ensure the safety of whole boom in the working process.l Slewing bearing connect the large turntable and frame through the high strength bolts to control whole boom turning.l Large turntable connect the main boom through the lifting cylinder, provide the power for main boom luffing.
Second rotating mechanism:
l It is mainly composed of up turntable,slewing bearing, down turntable, slewing reducer and other components.l Up turntable connected to the main boom through two hydraulic cylinders, has auto-leveling function.l Down turntable connected to the second boom through two hydraulic cylinders, has luffing adjust function.l Slewing bearing connected the up and down turntable by high-strength bolts, has rotating function.l Slewing reducer provide the rotary drive power for second rotating mechanism.l Slewing reducer equipped with hydraulic safety device, with structural stability, work reliable.
Supporting wheel mechanism:
l It provide support for whole boom, to prevent tipping when working.l It is mainly composed of telescopic cylinders, vertical support cylinder, supporting wheel, working transfer case and other components.l Vertical support cylinder equipped with hydraulic lock, to ensure that when the hydraulic pipe happen burst accident the supporting wheels automatically lock.l Supporting wheels using vertical structure, ensure the safety in whole operation to prevent misuse.l Supporting wheels using Multi-wheel combination, to ensure the safety during walking, reducing the pressure on the ground to prevent slip slope.
Small boom mechanism:
l It provide support for working bucket, to prevent tipping when working.l It is mainly composed of leveling cylinder, luffing cylinder, small boom, regulating rod, pin and other components.l Leveling cylinder equipped with hydraulic lock, to ensure that when the hydraulic pipe happen burst accident the working bucket automatically lock.l It equipped with an automatic leveling function to ensure working bucket is always in a horizontal state during operation.
Control mode:
l Three control modes: Remote control, panel, manual, all can control the related action of the vehicle.l Three control modes can be quickly switched and also can be interlocked.l Three control modes has indicator lights to indicate the function, easy to operate.
Hydraulic system:

Emergency operation and protection:
l All cylinders installed the hydraulic lock, it played the role of insurance.l Equipped with emergency power and emergency pump to retract the vehicle in emergency situations, to ensure the vehicle promptly evacuated.l Press the emergency stop switch in case of emergency, all hydraulic actions immediately stop and engine also stop.l Rear axle installed four stabilizer cylinders, stable the spring steel when working.
