Our fireproof rock wool production line manufactures high-quality insulation materials from basalt and dolomite. Through high-temperature melting and centrifugal fiberization, we produce lightweight, thermally efficient, and flame-retardant rock wool products suitable for various industrial applications.
Raw materials are transported to the site, stored under roof protection, and conveyed indoors via enclosed systems to silos. Materials are individually weighed and mixed before entering the furnace.
Mineral wool is uniformly layered to desired thickness and density, configured for either batts or boards production.
Precision vertical cutting produces standard 60cm dimensions, with 1.2m and 2.4m machine specifications available.
Finished products are stacked, wrapped in polyethylene film, and palletized for storage and transportation.
