50-200mm Mineral Rock Wool Production Line
This industrial mineral rock wool production line processes raw materials including basalt, dolomite, and binders to manufacture high-quality rock wool insulation products. The automated system ensures efficient production from material loading to finished product packaging.
Production Process Overview
Raw materials are loaded into the hopper via elevator and transported to the melting furnace. After heating and melting into lava flow, the material enters the melt flow tank. The molten material is then cooled and spun into fibers by the centrifuge, with binder added during the spraying process. Fibers are drawn down to the mesh belt by negative pressure wind to form the original felt, which is then transported through pendulum cloth machinery to the curing furnace. Hot air blowers solidify the cotton felt, and the finished products undergo precision cutting (longitudinal then transverse) before final packaging and storage.
