This gypsum ceiling board making machine adopts the latest double-sided coating and laminating technology, featuring synchronous coating and gluing of front-side materials (e.g., PVC film) and reverse-side materials (e.g., aluminum-plated foil) simultaneously without turn-over. The finished PVC gypsum ceiling tile consists of paper-faced gypsum board with a PVC surface layer and aluminum foil backing.
