The rock wool production line utilizes an electric furnace to melt raw materials. Raw materials including basalt, blast furnace hard slag, and dolomite are dried and stored in silos before being automatically weighed and fed into the furnace through a charging pipe. The system allows for recycling of slag balls and waste slag back into the production process.

The molten material flows through a guided channel into a high-speed four-roller centrifuge, where it undergoes fibrillation under combined centrifugal force and high-speed airflow. The fibers are then blown to a cotton collector, forming a primary felt under negative pressure. This felt is transported via conveyor to the pendulum machine for further processing.

Before entering the curing furnace, the secondary felt undergoes compression via pleating and pressurizing machines to enhance strength. After curing, cooling, and various cutting processes (including longitudinal, online, thickness, and cross-cutting), the rock wool boards are automatically stacked, packaged with heat-shrinkable film, palletized by robots, and stored.
