Rock wool products are manufactured from premium basalt and dolomite. The production process involves high-temperature melting, centrifugal fiber formation using a four-axis centrifuge, and the addition of binders, dustproof oil, and water repellent. The fibers are collected, cured, and precisely cut using pendulum and three-dimensional fiber laying methods to create various rock wool products.
