The raw materials used in rock wool production include basalt, dolomite, and binders. The production process begins with loading materials into the hopper via elevator, where they are heated and melted in the furnace. The molten lava flows into the melt flow tank, then cools and spins into fibers through centrifugation.

During fiber formation, binders are sprayed into the fiber molding chamber while negative pressure wind heats and draws the fibers downward onto the mesh belt to form the original felt. The pendulum cloth machine then processes the felt before it enters the curing furnace, where hot air solidifies the material. Finally, the product undergoes precision cutting (both longitudinal and transverse) before packaging and storage.
