Fully Automatic Rock Wool Sheet & Block Making Machine
The SUNTHERM Rock Wool Production Line transforms raw materials including basalt, dolomite, and binders into high-quality rock wool products. The automated process begins with material loading via elevator into the hopper, followed by melting in the furnace to create lava flow. This molten material is then cooled and spun into fibers by the centrifuge, with binders added during the spraying process. Fibers are drawn down to the mesh belt by negative pressure wind to form the original felt, which is then transported through pendulum cloth machines and curing furnaces. The final products are precisely cut both longitudinally and transversely before packaging and storage.
