This advanced production line manufactures high-density rock wool insulation materials with A1 fire certification. The system processes raw materials into premium insulation products through a sophisticated automated process.
Production Process Overview
Raw materials including basalt, dolomite, and binders are loaded into the hopper via elevator. The materials are heated and melted in the furnace, then transferred to the melt flow tank. The molten lava is cooled and spun into fibers by the centrifuge, then sprayed into the fiber molding chamber where binders are added. Fibers are drawn down to the mesh belt by negative pressure wind to form the original felt.
The mesh belt transports the original felt to the pendulum cloth machine for uniform distribution. The felt then moves to the curing furnace via conveyor, running between upper and lower chain belts. Hot air blowers circulate heated air throughout the curing furnace to solidify the cotton felt. The solidified products undergo precision cutting - first longitudinal then transverse - before final packaging and storage.
