Our rock wool production line manufactures high-quality insulation and construction boards from premium basalt, dolomite, and other raw materials. Through an advanced manufacturing process, materials undergo high-temperature melting and are centrifuged into fibers using a four-axis centrifuge at high speeds.
During production, binders, dustproof oil, and water repellent are precisely sprayed into the fibers. After collection by a fiber collector, materials are cured and cut using pendulum and three-dimensional fiber laying methods to create rock wool products in various specifications and applications.
As artificial inorganic fibers processed through high-temperature melting, rock wool products offer exceptional characteristics including lightweight construction, low thermal conductivity, superior heat insulation, and excellent flame retardancy. These properties make them widely applicable across multiple industries.
