Our advanced production line features the latest double-sided coating and laminating technology, enabling simultaneous coating and gluing of both surfaces (front PVC and reverse side aluminum foil) without requiring turnover. This gypsum board lamination machine applies film to gypsum board in a fully synchronized operation.

The lamination process begins with dust removal from the board on the feeding roller, followed by glue application. The board then moves through guide rolls into the composite structure where adhesive is precisely positioned before film application. The process includes two press rolls, pinch roll, and forming roll for perfect results.
