Product Description
Our PVC gypsum ceiling tile is manufactured using paper-faced gypsum board with a PVC surface layer and aluminum foil backing. This environmentally friendly decorative ceiling board offers lightweight construction, excellent fireproof and waterproof properties, and corrosion resistance. The easy-to-clean surface accepts custom patterns, making it ideal for high-performance environments including hotels, restaurants, shopping malls, theaters, and commercial buildings.

Gypsum Ceiling Board Lamination Machine
This specialized machine laminates fiber glass, paper, PVC film, and aluminum foil onto gypsum boards with precision. The system features a maximum lamination width of 1300mm and accommodates standard gypsum board sizes of 1220*2440mm. Using specialized adhesives for PVC film and aluminum foil, it operates at speeds of 2-15m/min and handles sheet thicknesses from 2-50mm.
Automatic Feeding Machine
Available in push-type or suction-type configurations, our automatic feeding system features cylinder push operation with photoelectric control (maximum cylinder range 700mm). The push board platform uses rubber roller rolling transmission for accelerated speed, offering an economical and user-friendly feeding solution.
Automatic Cutting Machine
This precision cutting system processes laminated gypsum boards to exact specifications. The dual cutting system ensures accurate sizing according to saw gauge standards, with optional pulsed sack-duster configurations available.
Automatic Sealing Machine
Our right-angle gypsum board sealing machine provides high-speed, high-capacity edging with PLC photoelectric automatic control. The system produces tight, firm edges with minimal equipment investment, making it the preferred choice for plasterboard hemming applications.
