This model adopts the latest double-sided coating and laminating technology, enabling synchronous coating and gluing of both the front (such as PVC film) and reverse side (such as aluminum foils) simultaneously without requiring turn-over. The product includes two sets of coating laminating all-in-one machines with PLC system control.

Automatic board feeding → pre dusting → coating → drying and conveying → aluminium foil unwinding → pneumatic lamination for film and gypsum board → cutting → conveying → automatic overturn → coating → drying and conveying → PVC film unwinding → pneumatic lamination for film and gypsum board → cutting → drying and conveying → lengthwise cutting → horizontal cutting → belt conveyor output → autolift stacking conveying → stretch packing → conveying → lift (finished products stacking)
