Product Description

This gypsum board lamination machine efficiently laminates fiber glass, paper, PVC film and aluminum foil onto gypsum boards. The finished products are ideal for ceiling tiles and partition wall panels.

Production Process Flow

Automatic feeding → dust cleaning → PVC film/aluminum foil laminating → film cutting (manual/automatic) → conveying → vertical cutting (dust collecting) → horizontal cutting (dust collecting) → small board stacking → edge sealing → stretch packing → finished products stacking
