1.Product Description
Gypsum line equipment mainly consists of mixing pot, dry powder mixer, screw conveyor and conveyor rack.
The conveyor is conveyed by chain drive. Gypsum powder is conveyed by screw and water is metered and
conveyed by plunger pump.
Gypsum wire materials: natural gypsum powder, water, glass fiber, glass fiber mesh cloth. Generally speaking,
a gypsum thread weighs about 2 kilograms and a bag of powder can produce 20 - 22 strips. Use as many tons
of powder as you need in a day, 1:1
Clean up the mixer (wet) 8 hours a day after work
Take 2000/8-hour equipment as an example:
Its total power is about 30KW.
Mixer (wet) power 3KW, mixer diameter 400mm
Blender (dry powder) 4KW. The mixer is 1 m*1.5 M. This mixer can hold about a ton of powder.
