1. Q: Are you a manufacturer or trading company?
A: We are a manufacturer who has been specializing in producing WIFI hidden cameras for 10 years.
2. Q: What is the minimum order?
A: Yes, our company mainly deals with wholesale deals, but if you insist buying one set, or you just need one set,
we would be very likely to make the MOQ as 1 set for you.
3. Q: When will you make the delivery?
A: Sample: 1-3 working days;
Bulk order: According to the quantities. If the number of products are 500-1000pcs, it will need about one week to
deliver. If the number is over 1000pcs and you have an immediate demand please contact us, we are online from
8.30 am to 21.00 pm, your questions or inquiry shall be respond within 12 hours at most.
4. Q: What kinds of trade term payment methods available ?
A: EXW, CIF, FOB.etc. Usually we accept T/T, West Union, Paypal, Alibaba payment.
5. Q: May I get free sample?
A: Normally, we will charge the samples to start the business. However, the sample fee is refundable when you
place bulk orders.
6. Q: Can you supply OEM or ODM service?
A: We can supply OEM/ODM service of any charger or power adapter absolutely!
7. Q: How to proceed the order if I have logo to print?
A: Firstly, we will prepare artwork for visual confirmation, and next we will produce a real sample for your second
confirmation. if mockup is ok, finally we will go to mass production.
