Automatic Shrink Wrapper SW-900 for Bottled Water Filling Line
Wrapping process
- Bottle Convey: the packing film convey into the spout of the sealing machine ( the spout is built with adjustable rail) . When the for-packing material arrives at the adjusted location, the conveying stopped.
- Pushing: Once the film be conveyed on the driver panel, the driving cylinder will push the film over the sealing-cutting line.
- Film packing and sealing: The film which is pushed over the sealing-cutting line will be pressed by the holding instrument. Once the driving cylinder back, the sealing cylinder and cutting cylinder would be started to work at the same time to finish the film sleeve and sealing. ·
- Film Shrink: After the film sleeve, the semi-conductor package will be delivered into the DXSS to finish the film heat shrink.
- Cooling: When the packing film is shrunk, the package would be conveyed to the cooling instrument which located at the end of the main machine.
