Working Principle

Driven by bottle conveyor, the bottles which need to be bagged, go into the section through the channel formed by bottle distribution mechanism. Once the photoelectric sensor on the top of turning wheel sense bottle’s arrival, it gives out signals to stop the bottle conveyor. After that, the bottle pushing mechanism will push the bottle heading towards the film forward into sealing & cutting station and push out the packed bottle, just as this is going on, the film conveyor works as well to guarantee the film supplying. At last, the heat sealing cutter move downward to cut the film and finish the whole process. All the steps repeat continuously to realize automatic bottle bagging.Except the conveyor, the other steps are all control by PLC.
