Specifically designed for solar panel power generation systems and related component wiring connections. Particularly suitable for outdoor installations requiring resistance to sunlight, anti-aging properties, and enhanced safety with low smoke halogen-free flame retardant materials.
Product Features
Low smoke halogen-free construction with excellent cold resistance, UV resistance, ozone resistance, and weather resistance. Features flame retardant properties with cutting and penetration resistance. Cable protection level II. Utilizes 150°C photovoltaic cable radiation as insulation material with halogen-free, non-toxic modified polyethylene resin as the primary raw material.

  • DC Resistance: Finished cable at 20°C conductive wire core DC resistance ≤ 5.09 Ω/km
  • Insulation Resistance: Finished cable at 20°C ≥ 10¹⁴ Ω·cm; at 90°C ≥ 10¹¹ Ω·cm
  • Sheath Surface Resistance: Finished cable sheath surface resistance ≥ 10⁹ Ω

  • Conductor: Tinned copper wire available in 2.5, 4, 6, 10, 16, 25, 35 mm² sizes
  • Insulation: > 0.5mm thick low smoke halogen-free material
