Customization

Regular finished rods are for king size or super slim cigarette. Please provide detailed drawing to us if your desired specification is not the regular two.

Depending on specifications of finished rods, materials(steel/ alloy steel) of the cigarette tongue, type of machine to be applied to, and other factors, time needed for manufacturing can vary. Thus details of product and relative lead time must be negotiated beforehand to avoid any discordance.

Before business actually starts, we are always glad to send you samples(wear parts/ consumables/ spares) for a quality test.

Clients are always welcome to our office for better communication, and also to our plants for an on-site inspection. Please inform us of your journey beforehand so that we could meet you at the airport and join you to visit our plants.

We provide on-site engineering support for installation of complete machines if requested.

For requirement of specific certification to meet import regulations of certain nations, inform us beforehand to get our products certified if they are not yet.
