Cigarette BOPP film has advantages of high transparency, good gloss, good barrier properties, high impact strength and low temperature resistance. Its overall performance is better than moisture-proof cellophane, polyethylene (PE) film, PET film. BOPP film also has excellent printing results. It can be laminated with other special materials to further improve its performance. BOPP film is extremely competitive in price and consumption in biaxially oriented polypropylene film. It’s widely used in external packaging of food, tobacco, medicine and cosmetic products etc. Its feature of heat shrinkage can wrap carton box perfectly and smoothly.
Application:
1) It is suitable for pictures, menus, papers and different printing products.
contaminating and getting wet.
2) Protect the pictures from dust, water etc.
3) Laminate on computer inkjet graphics, copy graphics, advertisement cards, and so on
Packaging Details
BOPP film, packed with foam.
The outer diameter of each roll is 400mm and for paper core is 76mm. It can also be customized.
Pallet is optional, vertical or suspended pallet.
20ft FCL can load 17tons without pallet or 10tons with pallet.
40ft FCL can load 25tons without pallet or 22tons with pallet.
