White card paper for cigarette packs requires high stiffness, break resistance, smoothness and whiteness. The surface of the paper should be flat, and no streaks, spots, bumps or warping deformation should be allowed. Because the cigarette pack USES white card paper. Mainly USES the web high-speed gravure printing machine to print, so the white paper tension resistance index requirements are higher. Inner frame helps the cigarette box to maintain the shape. We take the paperboard manufactured in China for our inner frame. The inner frame varies from 210gsm to 250gsm according to the requirement of customers. We not only produce white inner frame, but also produce the colored inner fame and laminated inner frame. Our monthly production capacity of inner frame is 300 tons. The inner frame has very good performance on different cigarette packaging machines such as HLP, GD, and FORKE etc.
The FBB consists of three layers of pulp, the surface layer and the bottom layer using sulfate wood pulp, and the core layer using chemical machinery to grind wood pulp.
The front (printing surface) is the coating layer, using two or three times the scraper coating, the reverse side does not have the coating layer.
Because what intermediate layer USES is chemical machinery ground wood pulp, this kind of wood pulp is right lumber get pulp rate is high (85% ~ 90%), production cost is lower, accordingly, the selling price that makes FBB card paper is relatively low also.
