(1) Ingredients kneading After accurately weighing the PVC resin and other additives according to the formula, put them into the high-speed kneader, kneading time 5~8min, temperature about 120℃, after the materials are kneaded, put them in the cooler for cooling, and wait for the temperature It can be put into storage tank for use when it drops below 40~50℃.

(2) Extrusion blown film Direct blow molding using powder, the method is similar to ordinary blown film. Extrusion temperature: machine body 160~180℃, machine neck 180~190℃, machine head 190~210℃, film expansion ratio is 2~3, traction speed is 10~30m/min.

(3) Rotary winding In order to make the surface of the film roll flat and the unevenness of the film thickness becomes evenly distributed, the rotary winding is used after the film is split.
