The aluminum foil is generally produced by 1235 alloy, and has a thickness of 6.0-7.0 um and a width of 460 mm, 350 mm, 545 mm, 920 mm and 1090 mm. The quality requirements for cigarette packaging aluminum foil are mainly uniform thickness and small pinhole number, small pinholes size, and the shape of the plate is better. There are more stringent requirements for the surface quality and performance of the gold and silver aluminium foil paper for packaging cigarettes. Therefore, the alloy of cigarette foil paper for this purpose has been developed to alloying such as 8011, 8079, 8006 and so on.
