Products Details

2. Before use, make the suitable viscosity according to the rotogravure printing speed with the diluent which should be prepared and agitated homogeneously ahead. In the agitation, add the water based ink and agitate fully to homogeneous to the appropriate viscosity.
3. The usual weight ratio of diluent (ethanol: Water =1: 1), if you need drying slower, reduce the usage of ethanol; Otherwise, increase the amount of ethanol.
4. Drying temperature 90 ~ 110.
