Introduction:
White card paper for cigarette packs requires high stiffness, break resistance, smoothness and whiteness. The surface of the paper should be flat, and no streaks, spots, bumps or warping deformation should be allowed. Because the cigarette pack USES white card paper. Mainly USES the web high-speed gravure printing machine to print, so the white paper tension resistance index requirements are higher. Tensile strength, also known as tensile strength or tensile strength, refers to the maximum tension that the paper can withstand when it breaks, expressed in kN/m.

Feature:
(1) taking the cardboard as the paper base, setting one surface as the outer surface and the other side as the inner surface;
(2) laying a layer of plastic film on the outer surface to become the plastic film layer;
(3) laying a layer of adhesive on the inner surface as the first adhesive layer;
(4) laying a layer of adhesive on the outer surface of the first adhesive layer Lay a layer of smoke film slurry as the smoke film layer;
(5) lay a layer of adhesive outside the smoke film layer as the second adhesive layer;
(6) lay a layer of breathable paper outside the second adhesive layer as the breathable paper layer; take the breathable paper layer as the innermost layer.
