Tear Strip Tape & BOPP Film
Pressure sensitive or self-adhesive tear tape. It makes easy opening functions for flexible packaging such as cigarette packets, food packing, other packing etc.. Different materials are used to manufacture the tear tape, PET, OPP, MOPP, MOPET, etc. In addition to transparent tear tape, some sophisticated inks and print techniques can be employed to create striking visual effects or help brand owners to protect their products against counterfeiting.
Self-adhesive tear tape is created to facilitate the opening of the package to avoid damage and other mechanical effects. Narrow strip makes it easy to fix the packaging material and at the same time it is not interfering with the visual appearance of the product.
BOPP Film features excellent transparency, high gloss, moisture-proof, light, as well as competitive lower price. It also has good clarity, good resistance to UV light, excellent chemical and abrasion resistance, reasonable scuff resistance and a great acid resistance. After corona treatment, BOPP Film gets excellent printability and exquisite appearance effect by terms of offset printing. It is usually used as a face-layer product when taking plastic film lamination.BOPP Film is widely used to various wrapping, packaging, printing, lamination and metallization. BOPP Film is softer and more flexible than polyester(PET) film.
Heat sealing type
BOPP heat sealing film is divided into single-side heat sealing film and double-side heat sealing film. It is a polypropylene heat sealing film (BOPP heat sealing film) formed by bidirectional stretching of heat sealing master material on the surface layer. It is mainly used in the heat sealing packaging of food, medicine, electrical components and other products. BOPP heat sealing film is not only heat sealing, but also printable. It is mainly used in composite, printing, bag-making and other industries.
BOPP heat-sealing shrink film or PVC heat-sealing shrink film, also known as smoke film, is suitable for packaging of boxed articles such as cigarette, poker, magnetic tape, mosquito-repellent incense, rubber, cosmetics, medicine, tea, perfume and gifts. Although the total use of BOPP smoke film is small, it is the highest profit BOPP film products.The production and sales of smoke film are characterized by high technical requirements and high market entry costs.
