BOPP Film features excellent transparency, high gloss, moisture-proof, light, as well as competitive lower price. It also has good clarity, good resistance to UV light, excellent chemical and abrasion resistance, reasonable scuff resistance and a great acid resistance. After corona treatment, BOPP Film gets excellent printability and exquisite appearance effect by terms of offset printing. It is usually used as a face-layer product when taking plastic film lamination.BOPP Film is widely used to various wrapping, packaging, printing, lamination and metallization. BOPP Film is softer and more flexible than polyester(PET) film.
Its comprehensive performance is superior to moisture-proof cellophane, polyethylene (PE) film, and PET film. BOPP film also has excellent printing effects. The representative physical property data are: turbidity <1.5%; gloss> 85%; tensile strength (longitudinal / transverse)> 120 / 200MPa; elongation at break (longitudinal / transverse) <180% / 65%; elastic modulus It is 1700 ～ 2500Mpa; the embrittlement temperature is -50 ° C.
Oriented films can be used as heat-shrinkable films in shrink-wrap applications or can be heat set to provide dimensional stability. Heat sealing is difficult in BOPP films, but can be made easier by either coating the film after processing with a heat-sealable material (such as polyvinylidene chloride) or by co-extrusion with one or more copolymers before processing to produce layers of film. Copolymers used in sealing layers must have high gloss and clarity and should have low sealing temperatures to prevent distortion of the oriented polymer during sealing. Random copolymers containing 3–7% ethylene are often used as sealing layers; the lower melting point (<132°C; <270°F) results in a 30% increase in line speeds, and they can be recycled with no significant loss of strength or clarity. Coating or co-extrusion increases the barrier properties of BOPP film, decreasing its permeability to gases. Common barrier polymers are ethylene vinyl alcohol, polyvinylidene chloride, and polyamide; five or more layers may be co-extruded or laminated, or the barrier polymer can be dispersed in the matrix polymer.
Delivery
There are three ways of shipping goods,
(1) By express. When the order quantity is small or shipped in several times, we recommend the Express for its short delivery time and convenience.
(2) By air. Compared to express, the goods would be shipped to customs instead of to your door. Compared to sea shipping, it has the advantage of short delivery time.
(3) By sea. When the order quantity is large. We recommend shipping it by sea for its low cost. But please place the order in advanced because the shipping time is much longer than by express or by air.
