Cigarette card general use of single-side coating of FBB(yellow core white card) or SBS(white core white card) coating layer is mainly to improve the printing of cigarette card, generally two or three scraper coating.

The FBB consists of three layers of pulp, with bleached sulfate wood pulp for the top and bottom layers, and chemical machinery for the core layers.

Due to the high yield of chemical mechanical wood grinding pulp (85%~90%), the production cost is relatively low, and the manufactured FBB also has a certain price advantage.

However, It has more long fiber, less fine fiber, high lignin content and poor binding force between fibers, so the same quantitative FBB is much thicker than SBS.

SBS and FBB structure is basically the same, but its core layer, surface layer and bottom layer are used is bleached sulfate wood pulp, so the whiteness is higher, at the same time, due to the pulp fiber is small, paper tightness is larger,SBS thickness is much smaller than the same quantitative FBB.
