Mesh belt pellet dryer is specially designed machine to remove pellet moisture and heat generated in pellet production. Fish feed dryer is usually used in combination with fish feed cooler in the fish feed pellet line. Fish feed pellets are transported from fish feed extruder to the pellet dryer machine, then being conveyed on the mesh belt which is made of stainless steel. Speaking of the mesh belt, it is with multi-layer structure and movable, which makes our dryer fast-drying & high-efficiency, so the dryer machine is also called Mesh-belt Type Fish Feed Dryer. Working Principle of Mesh Belt Fish Feed Dryer

Feed pellet dryer consists of several independent units. Every unit is made up of circulation air blower, heating device, fresh air suction & exhaust discharging system. The repeating conveyor belt is made of a stainless steel wire mesh or perforated stainless steel plate, driven by the electric motor via gearboxes. The hot air temperature and circulation volume can be intelligently controlled.

Material on the conveyor belt goes through the channel and heated by the hot air, thus the moisture can be reduced. This feed dryer consists of several independent units.
