Pellet machine head:stainless steel door cover and feed hopper,manganese steel blade, high-end cutter seat. Spindle and hoop empty shaft are all made of 40Cr forging materials, all adopt numerical control lathe machining, high precision.
High strength alloy steel heat treatment roller, precision ring die, it includes alloy steel ring die and stainless steel ring die, using LIYANG mature ring die center processing. The Shell using 8mm,10mm and 16mm steel plate, the highest
standard in the industry. Stainless steel scraper casting in the pelleting room. All the precision adjusting nuts are made of stainless steel screws to ensure that the pelleting chamber is not rusted.
The processing center of the pelleting chamber end plate is all digitally processed and has high precision. The safety pin adopt travel switch circuit to protect the machine.
