Material Specifications: Moisture content 5%-12%, particle size 3-5mm
Optional equipment available for material preparation: air flow dryer for moisture reduction and hammer mill/wood crusher for size reduction.
The machine utilizes heating elements to reach optimal temperature, then applies high pressure through a screw mechanism to compress sawdust without binders. The continuous extrusion process forms solid rod-shaped briquettes with center holes.
