Material Requirements: Moisture content 5%-12%, particle size 3-5mm

For materials with moisture content exceeding 12%, we offer air flow dryers and drum dryers. For particle sizes larger than 5mm, hammer mills or wood crushers are available.

The machine utilizes a heating circle to preheat the system, enabling binder-free compression of sawdust through high temperature and high pressure. The screw mechanism continuously presses and extrudes the material, forming solid rod-shaped briquettes with a center hole.
