Working Principle

Four motors drive four knife-shafts to turn in positive and negative direction respectively,the first crushing and feeding are under the coordination between the upper knife-shaft and the lower one.recrushing is finished in shearing,shredding and squeezing among lower raw rotors.the size of shredded material depends on blade thickness in the knife-shaft and the size of sieve.

Internal Structure of Four Shaft Shredder

1. Blade of shredder

Blade of shredder is divided into fixed blade and removed blade,fixed blade processes materials by that is fixed in shredder main shaft by its internal hexagon fixed hole.

2. Shredder main shaft

Hexagon interface shaft is connected with reducer by bearing and coupling.

3. Shredder body box

Shredder body box is used to install bearing and fix main shaft, and supplies closed space for four shaft shredder linkage and crushing.

4. Bearing

Bearing can reduce friction force by internal pressure cylinder when main shaft turns round, thus reduces torque loss.

5. Reducer

It can adjust motor output speed,reduce motor damage from main shaft concussion and increase main shaft torque by reducer.

6. Support frame,sieve,motor,hopper,distribution cabinet,electromagnetic directional valve and other attachments etc.
