For these enclosures(1590A, 1590B,1590BB,1590BBS,1590C,1790,125B,1590J,125B), you didn`t need to pay the tooling/mould cost.
 
2. Can we custom 1590BBS Enclosure?
 
Custom enclosure is welcome and you should pay this tooling cost.
Die casting Tooling paid by our customer is the property of our customers.
 
3. How to custom 1590BBS Enclosure?

• Customers send the IGS/STEP drawings or sample to us for offer;

• Will talk about the details to meet castabilities;

• After customer`s acceptance on our prices, we will send our 3D molding drawing for approval;

• After approving the 3D molding drawing, we will start the production of the tooling/mold after the deposit of mold/tooling cost paid;

• After mold/tooling finished, will send the samples for customer`s check;

• After samples approved, will prepare the production on trial order after customer`s payment for the balance for the mold/tooling cost.

4. What about your prices?
 
Our price can satisfy customers who want to get competitvely priced aluminum die casting enclosures & free of defects.
 
5. What is your Quality?

FOB, EXW, CFR, CIF, DDU, DDP are available.
 
8. What is your payment term?
 
For orders, if total value less than USD5,000, 100% paid as order confirmed. If more than USD5,000, payment terms can be available.
 
For tooling/mold cost, 50% as a deposit and the balance paid after samples approved by customer.
 
9. What are you value-added service?
 
Cost Effective Drilled service can be available.Equipped many punching machines are to decrease these drilled costs by CNC machining.
 
10. What is the delivery time?
 
In one week if we have some stocks;
Three weeks if out of stock without new tooling developing;
Five weeks if new tooling developed;
If you have urgent demands,we can make an exception.
