Materials are stirred by both center blades and side scrapers that work on the inner surface of the pot, preventing material from sticking to the walls. During blade-stirring, materials are continuously crushed, pressed, and folded before being sent to the cut-off mixing unit where they are further processed by the interaction between rotating cutting wheels and cutting sheaths. This process reduces materials to fine particles ranging from 2-200μm while vacuum conditions remove bubbles generated during mixing.
