SED-5000J-C Automatic Capsule Filling Machine is commonly used in the pharmaceutical, nutraceutical industries to fill empty hard gelatin capsule of various sizes with powders and pellets (optional). The capsule filler automatically orientates, opens the empty hard gelatin capsule, properly fills the capsule with powder, and automatically closes the capsules.

Working Principle of Capsule Filling Machine
1. The automatic hard capsule filling equipment with intermittent action and hole-disk filling is fully enclosed at the filling and turning parts, which is convenient for cleaning;
2. The upper and lower modules of the capsule filling machine move in one direction, and the imported double-lip polyurethane sealing ring has good sealing performance;
3. The module cleaning station of the capsule filling machine is combined with air blowing and inhalation, and the die hole is operated at high speed without dust;
4. The locking station of the capsule filling machine is equipped with powder suction equipment;
