Product Overview of Bottle Unscrambler

SED-ZP Series Turntable can work as bottle feeder or collector, which is very suitable for automatic separation and transmission of bottles. It is compatible with various shaped plastic and glass bottle in pharmaceutical, chemical, food and beverage industries, which can be matched with different automatic packaging production lines.
 

Working Principle

Feeding Type: The motor drives the turntable to rotate, and the bottles on turntable are arranged neatly and automatically by the bottle ordering device, and then enter the conveyor belt of operator’s production line.

Collecting Type: The motor drives the turntable to rotate, when turntable receives bottles from previous stage, the turning plate automatically brings bottles together into the middle of plate to collect finished product.
 

Features

• The machine body is made of 304 stainless steel material, which is full GMP-compliant design.
• The diameter of the applicable bottle can be adjusted freely, and it is compatible with both glass bottles and plastic bottles.
• The bottle conveying speed is 30-120 bottles/min. The speed can be adjusted steplessly, which is convenient for production arrangements. It can also be used as both bottle feeder and bottle collector.
• It features simple setup and operation, no special training is required.
